I just moved in. Can you erase the old codes on my smart lock?
Yes. We reset the lock to clear every code and app user the previous owner or tenants set up, then program new codes for your household. If the lock also takes a key, we can rekey it at the same visit.
I forgot the master code on my keypad lock. Can you help?
In most cases, yes. Many keypad and smart locks can be factory reset and reprogrammed on site without replacing the lock. If a reset isn't possible on your model, we'll tell you before any work starts.
